AM and PM K-Wrap

K-Wrap is an academic-based program that compliments and extends the half-day kindergarten program for students enrolled at Moss Elementary School (Metuchen School District). AM K-Wrap will be held daily from 9:00 to 12:15 for students attending afternoon kindergarten at Moss and 11:45 to 3:00 for PM K-Wrap students attending morning kindergarten at Moss. Students bring lunch and eat at CNS. A supervised “walking bus” is included, as CNS is 0.5 miles from Moss School- NO NEED TO BUS OR PAY EXTRA FOR BUSING!

CNS K-Wrap is an academic and exploration program that focuses on different units of study. Our K-Wrap Teacher is a NJ State Certified (CEAS) K-6 teacher. Our K-Wrap program compliments the current NJ Student Learning Standards for Kindergarten. Through our school-age curriculum, Learning Without Tears, which is a leading research-based multidisciplinary K-5 curriculum, children will engage in activities and lessons designed to promote reading, writing, and math skills, along with problem-solving, appreciation for civics, and an understanding for how things work. Children will also engage in activities focused on gross and fine motor skills. Outdoor play on our new playground, with rubber turf, is an integral part of the daily routine. Children will also have access to our Indoor Playroom, which is designed for learners to engage in cooperative play. Students must be enrolled at Moss Elementary School.

Three or five day options are available, along with early drop-off for K-Wrap AM.
