STEM: Buildings inspired by historical landmarks

In STEM this week the children looked at pictures of historical landmarks and tried to build a small scale model using different sized blocks. Working either individually, in pairs or in a small group the children had fun trying to figure out the best way to duplicate the landmarks. Examples of what they tried to build were The Tower Bridge in London, The Golden Gate Bridge, the Taj Mahal, and the Colosseum!
