We had another delicious Kids Cooking Afternoon Enrichment Class. Most of the chefs gave these two foods a thumbs up! They gobbled up the Tiny Corn Dog Muffins and enjoyed the Caramel Apple slices. For the Corn Dog Muffins, we used hot dogs and Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix. We practiced cracking eggs, slicing and mixing. We used an apple slicer to slice up the apples we then dipped into melted caramel sauce!
