Pre K- 4C is the place to be!

THE YOUNG LEARNERS CLASS IS HAVING FUN LEARNING TOGETHER!

THE AFTERNOON ENRICHMENT CLASSES WERE EXCELLENT!

In Art our inspiration was Wassily Kandinsky’s color study with circles in squares. We read The Noisy Paint Box by Barbara Rosenstock and illustrated by Mary Grandpré about Kandinsky’s life and how colors and music were linked in his mind. THE PREK 3A CLASS EXPLORED EVERYTHING APPLE THIS WEEK!

PreK4B has had a busy and exciting 2 weeks! We are continuing to learn all about each other! The children are very good to each other and are bringing in books to share with the class! The Children Have Had An Amazing few Weeks Of Fun And Learning

The children wrapped up our All About Me unit by finding the letters in their name to create our own Chicka Chicka Boom Boom tree.  The children also shared a photo of their family and counted the number of people and created a class graph.  The children then shared why they loved their families.  We hung this on a bulletin board in our room.

WE HAD A FUN AND BUSY WEEK IN PRE-K 3B!

This week was fun an exciting in our class! We introduced our new theme with a mystery bag which consisted of an apple inside of a brown paper bag. We had a busy wonderful week in Mrs. Roth & Mrs. Pietschkers’ PreK3A Class!

This week we learned about the beach and ocean life, exploring different types and sizes of seashells and discovering which animals live in the ocean. WE HAD A VERY BUSY AND FUN WEEK OF AFTERNOON ENRICHMENT CLASSES!

We learned so much together in Afternoon Enrichment this week!  In Kids Cooking we made Rainbow Toast!  We painted (food coloring&milk) and buttered the toast and everyone gave it a “thumbs up”. We continue to learn new important cooking rules and learn how to use different cooking tools. In STEM Enrichment we read 21 Elephants and Still Standing by April Jones Prince and Francois Roca.
