This week we made delicious healthy alphabet vegetable soup and the chefs gave it a ‘thumbs up’! They had a lot of practice chopping vegetables. They are really enjoying trying new foods!
Mono-printing on plastic bags. When we painted the plastic surface and placed the paper on top, the paint transferred to the paper to get our one good print. Our second print was a lighter a ghost print, our original print was unique.
We learned about our new favorite percussion instrument – the piano! We discussed how pianos play notes and the difference between an upright piano and a grand piano. The highlight of the lesson was using the giant floor keyboard to compose our own tunes.
